This book is a goldmine.
Definitely not a book only for people in leadership positions. As the author states “everyone is a leader because everyone influences someone”. It is a book that helped me measure my personal growth and gave practical advice. Actually what I love about this book is it’s practicality. Each chapter ends with practical advices and challenges that are helping me grow.
John Maxwell is a well known author, speaker and one of the top experts on leadership. The 21 irrefutable laws of leadership that he defines in this book are succinct and highly useful. Each chapter of the book discusses one of the leadership laws which are supported with real life business stories. Going through each chapter I became more and more aware of the level of my leadership abilities. Now I know where do I struggle and where I need to grow, but more important I know what it takes to get there. Honestly, I couldn’t stop reading.
